Your privacy at Realry Live

Realry Live is an AI creator video-shopping service operated by The Real Group. This policy explains the information we process when you browse videos, interact with creators, or follow links to a seller.

Information we collect

Account information supplied by Apple or Google, such as a stable account identifier, name, and email address when available.
Content and social activity you choose to submit, including comments, reports, follows, likes, blocks, and fan posts.
Shopping and product activity, including videos and products viewed, seller-link clicks, attribution information, saved items, and order information if a supported order service is used.
App preferences stored on your device, including language, country, and recent searches.
Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, session identifiers, device and app version, and a push-notification token only if notifications are enabled.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and personalize the service, remember preferences, operate social features, prevent abuse, investigate reports, measure product and video performance, attribute eligible seller transactions, send opted-in notifications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, analytics, authentication, media-delivery, moderation, and notification providers acting for us. When you choose a seller link, the seller and affiliate network receive the information needed to open the product page and attribute a transaction. Their own privacy policies apply after you leave Realry Live.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while the account is active and retain security, transaction, and moderation records only as long as reasonably needed for their stated purpose or legal requirements. You can permanently delete your account and associated profile data inside the app from MY → Settings → Delete account. Local preferences can be removed by deleting the app.

Your choices

You may use core browsing without an account. You can unfollow, unlike, block users, report content, change market and language, opt out of notifications, and delete your account. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Children

Realry Live is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

International processing

The service may process information in countries other than your own. We use appropriate contractual and security safeguards where required.
